        Haha I was training with my strong man buddy. I was thrilled with 275 bench and 335 DL then he put 595 on the bar and pulled it 10 times.

    For those that don’t know, today’s workout was a Games workout last year.
    Here is the final heat of women:

    You can also go to the leader board, select 2012, click the “Games” tab, then click on the “Track Triplet” workout to see times to compare against.

    Thas was fun. Probably could have tried 115 but would have had to cut it back midway 2nd set for sure.

    Actually got over tbe tall bar using a 30in box. considering I couldn’t do even the short bar/tall box combo a few months ago, that’s a massive improvement.

    Subbled 95lbs.
